How long does a project take?
From the time we pick up your project: we aim to get mock-ups of Landing Pages, and websites out to you within a day or two. With designs agreed upon, we usually deliver a lead-generating project within a week. For larger bespoke projects, we'll give you a realistic timeline after understanding your requirements.
Do I own the code?
100%. Once the project is complete and paid for, you own all the code, designs, and assets. No strings attached.
How many revisions do I get?
Each project includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. We keep communication tight throughout so the final result matches your vision without endless back-and-forth. With our ongoing hosting plans, we also allow for an occasional quota of revisions.
How does payment work?
Typically 50% upfront to begin, 50% upon completion before delivery. For larger projects, we break it into milestone-based payments so both sides stay aligned throughout.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, bank transfer - all the usual suspects!
Is SEO included?
By default, definitely! Technical SEO is included in every project - clean markup, proper meta tags, performance optimisation, and structured data. We want your site to rank well from day one.
Can you work with my existing site?
Absolutely. We can redesign, rebuild, or enhance your current site - WordPress, Shopify, custom builds, whatever you’ve got.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. All projects include a 30-day post-launch support period. After that, our ongoing hosting plans cover maintenance, small revisions, priority support, and security updates - everything you need to keep your site healthy and growing.
